Beige & black hand painted madhubani kasavu cotton saree
- Color: Beige, Black
- Material: Kasavu Weave
- About Kasavu Weave:- Kasavu Weave is one of Kerala’s most distinctive handloom traditions, renowned for its elegant ivory and gold aesthetic and finely woven borders. Woven on traditional handlooms using fine cotton yarn and kasavu, or zari, the technique creates its signature golden borders and subtle geometric details directly within the weave. Its natural cream base, lustrous gold accents, fine texture, and restrained patterns make Kasavu instantly recognisable. Rooted in Kerala’s royal weaving traditions and sustained by generations of artisan communities in centres such as Balaramapuram, Chendamangalam, and Kuthampully, the craft remains a timeless expression of the region’s textile heritage.
Fabric Pattern Variation To Order Disclaimer
Many of our garments are made using handcrafted and handwoven fabrics, due to which the exact fabric may not always be available again. While the overall look, feel, and colour of the garment will be maintained, slight variations in motifs, weave patterns, placements, and colour shades may occur.
Similar fabrics and closely matched colours will be used to preserve the original design aesthetic.
