About Mirasi & Our Products
Are Mirasi products handcrafted?
Yes. Every Mirasi piece is handcrafted by artisans, weavers, craftspeople and karigars. They use skills and techniques passed down from generations and honed by each one! Minor variations in weave, texture, or finish are part of the beauty of handmade craft and are not considered defects. These are characteristic to the handcrafted process and must be appreciated.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use natural materials such as cotton, silk, and linen, sourced responsibly. Each product page lists the specific fabric and craft technique used.
How do I care for Mirasi products?
Most handcrafted textiles are delicate. We recommend:
- Dry clean preferred for sarees and premium apparel.
Gentle hand wash with mild detergent for everyday handwoven items. - Avoid wringing, soaking, or using harsh chemicals.
- Dry in shade to maintain colours.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. We work directly with artisans, emphasize natural fibers, and promote slow fashion that respects both people and the planet. We also minimise wastage by using fabric leftovers in the garments we design.
Do you make custom pieces?
At present, Mirasi offers curated collections. Limited customization may be available on request for select products — please contact us for details.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically take 7–10 business days. International shipping timelines vary by country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges and delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment.
What if my order is delayed?
We work with trusted courier partners, but occasional delays may occur due to weather, customs, or logistical issues. Our team will support you in tracking and resolving delays.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my product?
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered. Requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving your order.
Can I exchange my product?
Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues, subject to availability. Please email us to initiate an exchange.
Are sale or custom products returnable?
No, discounted items or custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days once the returned product is received and approved.
