At Mirasi, every product is handmade by skilled artisans. Minor variations in colour, weave, or finish are natural and celebrated as part of the craft. These are not defects, but unique characteristics that make each piece one of a kind.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

No Exchange & No Return Policy – Since Mirasi products are handcrafted and unique, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges.

Exceptions – Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Defective product

Damaged product

Incorrect item delivered

Request Window – Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Exchanges – If the item qualifies, exchanges will be processed subject to stock availability. A replacement will be delivered within 7–10 days. If the product is out of stock, you may select another item of equal value.

Refunds – Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Sale/Discounted Items – Products purchased on discount or during sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Condition – Approved returns must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
