- Assam textiles are typically woven on throw shuttle or fly shuttle looms, with motifs created using extra weft techniques on a plain or subtly textured ground. Fine mulberry Pat, warm Eri, and naturally golden Muga are all worked through similar handloom processes winding, warping, sizing, and weaving to produce fabrics that drape easily while still carrying the crisp definition of hand set borders and motifs.
As this is a handcrafted product, there might be a slight colour or design variation, which is natural and hence makes the product unique.
