• Ajrakh Velvet :-Ajrak Velvet is a contemporary meeting of two distinct textile traditions: the geometric precision of Ajrak and the rich tactile depth of velvet. Rooted in the historic block-printing cultures of Kutch and Sindh, Ajrak is recognised for its intricate patterns, natural dye palette and remarkable symmetry, where stars, trellises, florals and geometric forms unfold through layers of hand carved wooden blocks. When rendered on velvet, these motifs acquire an added dimension of richness and depth, the fabric’s lustrous pile intensifying colour and enhancing the visual complexity of the printed design.
