Three pocket squares gift box (mustard yellow, multiple, kantha)
This box brings together three distinct expressions of Indian textile craft, each carrying a different visual and tactile language.
The Patola pocket square introduces a sense of structure through its bold geometry, its vibrant orange lending energy and confidence to the composition. Madhubani follows with layered storytelling, where multiple colours come together through hand drawn motifs rooted in tradition. Kantha completes the trio in a deep, grounding purple, its stitched surface adding texture, warmth, and depth.
The contrast between precision, illustration, and stitch creates a dynamic yet balanced whole.
Each piece stands apart, yet together they feel deliberate and resolved.
A composition that is expressive, rooted, and thoughtfully assembled.
- Color: Orange, Multicolor, Purple
- Material: Patola, Madhubani, Kantha
- About Patola Ikat:- Patola double Ikat pre-dyes each filament per design matrix. Alignment accuracy under magnification ensures bilateral registration. Using reeled silk and natural dyes, Patola achieves unmatched symmetry tolerance within Indian double-resist systems.
- About Madhubani:-Madhubani is a narrative art tradition rooted in the Mithila region of Bihar where visual storytelling has long shaped domestic and ritual life. Originally created on mud walls and floors of homes this art emerged during festivals, ceremonies and rites of passage. It functioned as a visual language through which families expressed devotion, belief and social values. Over time Madhubani moved onto cloth allowing stories to travel beyond the home while retaining their cultural intimacy.
- About Kantha:- Kantha involves layered cotton stitched with continuous running embroidery to reinforce and embellish. Its micro-stitch repetition builds structural density and surface relief. Originating in Bengal, it demonstrates efficient upcycling through stitch-based reinforcement and narrative patterning.
Fabric Pattern Variation To Order Disclaimer
Many of our garments are made using handcrafted and handwoven fabrics, due to which the exact fabric may not always be available again. While the overall look, feel, and colour of the garment will be maintained, slight variations in motifs, weave patterns, placements, and colour shades may occur.
Similar fabrics and closely matched colours will be used to preserve the original design aesthetic.
